We use an initial free 1-hour meeting to gather insight & to dig into your home renovation project or custom home ideas.
We'll gather measurements; we’ll ask clarifying questions; we'll talk about your budget; we'll take the time to better understand the layout & the scope of the project.
From here, we can decipher whether design services, building plans or an engineer recommendation is needed.
Solidifying the vision
Phase 2 is about bringing your custom home or custom renovation to life. This phase allows us to define the materials that will shape & craft your Gorgeous Living.
Whether working with our design team to pick out your flooring or working to craft finite building plans, this phase allows us to offer a rock-solid estimate in phase 3. No surprises nor hidden details because we’ve taken the time to understand & to define your custom vision.

After gathering all of the information from Phase 2, we can deliver a rock-solid contract in Phase 3.
We will meet with the client to discuss & to review the proposed contract.
Our contracts showcase & define the products, the quantities, & the craftsmanship that we'll utilize to create, update & renovate your Gorgeous Living.
As a small business, we’re able to make “change orders” throughout the building & renovation journey. If you’ve suddenly decided that 20 can lights aren't enough, we can make alterations. We're proud to offer flexibility to our clients.
